Inclusive Hiring Practices

We ensure our hiring process is inclusive and fair through a combination of structured programs, required training, and intentional pipeline-building designed to give every candidate an equal opportunity to join our team.

Central to this effort is our Diverse Slate Approach, applied to the majority of open roles, which requires a diverse late-funnel pipeline before an offer is extended. We use a "two in the pool" method grounded in research showing that candidates from underrepresented groups have a statistically near-zero chance of being hired when they're the only representative in a finalist pool, but those odds increase dramatically when joined by a second candidate. Rather than setting quotas or targets for hiring managers, the approach is designed to ensure equal access and a fair shot for all candidates. We track funnel metrics at every stage, and if drop-offs signal bias at a particular point in the process, we revisit and redesign that stage to be more inclusive.

All employees involved in recruiting and hiring are required to complete our company-wide Unconscious Bias Training, reinforcing that fair hiring is both a structural and cultural commitment.

We believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace enables us to think bigger, innovate further, and better represent our customers.
