Design asset hierarchies, work order and inspection workflows, integrations with ArcGIS/BIM/enterprise systems, data governance, reporting, and provide client training and change management. Support upgrades, testing, and stakeholder engagements to optimize airport asset management and regulatory compliance.

Lead BIM strategy, implementation, and governance on complex building projects. Develop BEPs and CDEs (ACC/ProjectWise), manage model coordination/clash detection, integrate 4D/5D workflows, support digital handover and digital twin, automate workflows with Dynamo/Grasshopper, mentor teams, and maintain BIM standards and compliance with ISO 19650.

Lead NAVY/NAVFAC account growth across Pacific/West regions by developing strategic account plans, managing pipeline and proposals, overseeing contract performance and compliance, cultivating client relationships, and coordinating cross-functional capture and delivery teams.

Design and support electrical engineering for renewable projects with a focus on BESS and solar PV: system design, energy modeling, specifications, calculations, construction drawings, cost estimation, and lifecycle project support from feasibility through commissioning. Participate in meetings and occasional travel.

Advise project teams, conduct regulatory reviews and audits, support stakeholder engagement, develop compliance strategies and guidance, mentor staff, deliver training, and provide regulatory input for digital tools and project deliverables.

Serve as Colorado ECMC regulatory SME for permitting, compliance, remediation, reclamation, and operations in upstream oil and gas. Provide regulatory reviews, stakeholder engagement, training, audits, and support development of compliance tools and site-specific closure strategies.
