The Senior Mechanical Manager oversees mechanical engineering projects, coordinating with teams, conducting designs from concept to construction, and mentoring junior staff while ensuring project quality and adherence to budgets.

Lead instrumentation and controls engineering for mining projects: design I&C systems, produce specifications/drawings (P&IDs, I/O lists, wiring, network diagrams), manage vendors and budgets, mentor staff, support proposals, perform technical reviews, and advise clients on compliance, commissioning and startup activities.

Lead development and application of risk-informed methodologies for dams and levees, conduct and review risk assessments, advise on investment prioritization, support safety programs and emergency planning, provide geotechnical/structural/hydraulic expertise, integrate data analytics, coordinate with federal/state agencies, oversee design reviews and construction oversight, and ensure regulatory compliance.
