Leads transportation business proposals and presentations from pre-RFP positioning through interviews. Manages pursuit schedules, compliance, content planning, messaging, production, document design, and quality reviews. Writes and edits proposal content, resumes, and past performance sections while coordinating technical, business development, marketing, and operations teams. Conducts market research and competitive intelligence, supports capture planning and go/no-go decisions, and ensures accurate, compelling deliverables.

Manages pursuit schedules, compliance, templates, content planning, messaging, document design, writing, editing, production, and quality reviews.
