Lead capture strategy and pursuit execution for federal environmental remediation opportunities (CERCLA, RCRA, PFAS) across Army, Navy, Air Force, EPA, and DOE. Manage capture planning, pricing, teaming, proposal development, interviews, negotiations, and CRM (Salesforce) data to drive revenue, margin, and win-rate improvements.

Lead Colorado traffic engineering team delivering traffic analysis, design, simulation, and studies. Manage projects, mentor mid/junior engineers, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, support business development, QA/QC, and ensure delivery on budget and schedule across traffic signal, ITS, capacity, safety, and forecasting work.
