Provides hands-on technical leadership for an Azure-based enterprise platform supporting ordering, surgical workflows, inventory, fulfillment, billing, and mobile field operations. Owns web, mobile, services, data, security, integrations, offline-first synchronization, CI/CD, testing, and deployment architecture. Leads distributed engineering resources, stabilizes production systems, establishes delivery standards, and translates business needs into a technical roadmap. The role requires substantial experience with production mobile applications, enterprise systems, regulated industries, and business-critical transactional platforms.

Builds a national pipeline of high-performing orthopedic sales representatives, distributor principals, and strategic commercial opportunities. The role cultivates talent and distributor relationships, evaluates markets and competitive intelligence, connects qualified opportunities with regional sales leadership, supports recruitment and onboarding, and facilitates strategic growth across orthopedic markets, particularly Shoulder and Foot & Ankle. Requires strong industry relationships, commercial judgment, discretion, and willingness to travel.
