Provides administrative HR support including onboarding, recordkeeping, recruitment coordination, processing new-hire paperwork, answering employee policy/benefit questions, timekeeping and payroll assistance, organizing trainings/events, and maintaining confidentiality.

Serve as the company's front-line contact handling phone, email, and live chat inquiries; troubleshoot product and account issues; document interactions in the CRM; and meet response time, CSAT, and resolution metrics to drive customer loyalty.

Translate medical services into patient invoices, submit clean insurance claims using ICD-10 and CPT codes, follow up on denied or underpaid claims with commercial and government payers, and respond to patient billing inquiries, adjustments, and payment plans to maximize collections.

Perform high-volume posting of payments and maintain digital financial records. Reconcile cash, checks, and credit card transactions, audit billing histories to resolve discrepancies, collaborate with account managers, and support month-end close by preparing aging reports and verifying balances.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, maintain general ledger, manage A/R and A/P, support budgeting and forecasting, ensure tax compliance, implement internal controls, and assist with audits while providing financial insights to management.

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations: manage calendars, communications, documents, filings, meeting prep, travel logistics, supplies, and assist team members with projects to maintain productivity and confidentiality.

Coordinate freight schedules, assign carrier routes, track shipments and resolve transit or customs delays; negotiate 3PL rates to reduce freight spend; verify shipping documentation including bills of lading, customs declarations, and delivery receipts.
