Lead IT Service Management and End-User Computing operations, manage ITSM/Service Desk team and managed services partners, own Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Jamf, ServiceNow, Jira, and Amazon Connect platforms, drive automation and AI-assisted service delivery, oversee vendor/licensing/telephony, and improve operational efficiency and employee technology experience.

Manage all inbound lead flow, rapidly follow up demo/pricing requests, qualify leads against firmographic and behavioral criteria, schedule meetings for AEs, nurture Tier 2/3 leads with persona-driven sequences, maintain CRM hygiene, analyze and optimize outreach performance, and document best practices to improve conversion and handoffs.

Prepare and maintain journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation; assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation; support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and compliance; collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate financial data and analysis for decision-making.
