have joined with some new investors to buy back an ownership stake in the company. Mike Edwards and Peter Cobb bought equity from Benchmark Capital, the terms of which have not been released. HomeAdvisor is opening offices in downtown Denver and Indianapolis

Golden-based

announced they would be opening offices in Indianapolis and downtown Denver early in 2016. Combined, the two offices are expected to add about 100 employees to the company. The Denver office will open in January, and be located in the Saddlery Building in LoDo. [Built In Colorado]

 

Apptio is coming to Denver

Seattle-based announced they would be opening an office in the Denver area. The new office will be for the company’s engineering department, and will be led by Stephen Younge, their Senior Director of Engineering. SnapLogic raised $37.5 million

announced they had raised $37.5 million in new funding to accelerate the company’s growth internationally. The funding came from Microsoft, Silver Lake Waterman, Andreessen Horowitz, Ignition Partners and Triangle Peak Partners. SnapLogic is based in San Mateo, California, but has offices in Colorado.
