Gtmhub, a platform that helps companies track objectives and key results (OKRs), announced Wednesday that it has acquired Cliff.ai, a company from the U.K. that helps enterprises track and analyze abnormal changes in its performance metrics.
Gtmhub’s platform helps companies and their employees align around business goals by integrating with other SaaS products and automating tasks.
By acquiring an operational intelligence company focused on changes in key performance indicators (KPIs), Gtmhub CEO Ivan Osmak said the company can now offer an active monitoring system that tracks metrics, changes and opportunities in the operations of enterprise clients.
“The truth is that effective strategic execution can’t exist without operational excellence,” Osmak said in a statement. “Both are necessary for companies to achieve the best possible results and both have data and insights at their core.”
Cliff.ai’s software integrates machine learning technology with data warehouses and operational systems to monitor, learn from and explain sudden changes in business performance.
“Our solution enables real-time detection of business issues and helps get to the root cause in seconds instead of days or weeks,” Cliff.ai CEO Aayush Jain said in a statement. “By integrating our powerful AI/ML technologies, enterprises can immediately identify mission-critical anomalies across thousands of KPIs without having to monitor a sea of dashboards.”
Cliff.ai will continue to operate as a standalone product, but it will also be combined with the Gtmhub platform. The company anticipates that Cliff.ai’s machine learning technology will eventually improve the value of Gtmhub’s data analysis, correlation and forecasting.
Gtmhub was founded in Sofia, Bulgaria, but claims Denver as its headquarters. In addition to its offices in Denver and Bulgaria, Gtmhub has offices in London, Berlin, Paris and Dubai.
In December, Gtmhub announced that it raised $120 million in Series C funding, bringing its total capital raised to $161 million. The company also acquired OKR platform Koan in February, and in April, launched its App Marketplace, which allows Gtmhub software users to add data connectors and customized in-line visual applications to the platform.
