Plans and schedules material procurement to support production requirements. Manages inventory levels using ERP/MRP systems, forecasts material demand, coordinates with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and logistics, resolves quality, delivery, and pricing issues, and reports on material planning and inventory performance.

Manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts from solicitation through close-out. Develop and negotiate subcontract agreements, ensure FAR/DFAR compliance, manage supplier relationships, mitigate risk and disputes, lead subcontracting strategy, mentor junior staff, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet schedule and cost objectives.
