Draft, negotiate, and manage customer contracts (MSAs, SaaS, fixed-bid SOWs) independently; maintain templates and contract repository; coordinate with Sales and Client Success; ensure compliance and perform audits; handle negotiation calls and serve as primary contractual contact; support other legal projects and mentor contract administrators.

Provide legal counsel to research and product teams on model development and deployment. Draft and review consumer-facing terms, privacy policies, and disclosures.
