Own revenue forecasting, business planning, performance reporting, financial modeling, and business analytics. Partner with consumer business leaders, analyze performance drivers, maintain key metrics, deliver recurring business updates, and improve FP&A processes, systems, reporting automation, and data accuracy. Build models for regional forecasts, LTV/CAC, content benchmarking, and marketing ROI to support strategic decisions.

Lead accounting function including GL, AP/AR, payroll, financial reporting, controls, audits, and tax filings. Develop policies, streamline month-end close and automation, manage cash flow, provide financial analysis for forecasting and strategic planning, and mentor the accounting team to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Owns financial visibility and performance for the e-commerce business, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, pricing and promotion ROI, margin reporting, accruals, dashboards, and executive and board presentations. Partners cross-functionally to ensure data integrity, establish financial processes, identify risks and opportunities, and implement AI-enabled improvements across FP&A workflows.

Own the monthly revenue close, deferred revenue and contract liability schedules, ASC 606 application, reconciliations, flux analysis, audit support, and revenue controls. Manage one revenue accountant and partner with Sales, CS, Legal, Engineering, and Deal Desk on contract terms and systems. Lead billing-platform migration activities, usage-to-billing-to-GL reconciliation design, and AI-enabled accounting automation.

Manage day-to-day underwriting team operations to meet productivity, accuracy, and guideline adherence; evaluate applicants and make investment recommendations; handle escalations and edge cases; monitor QC and emerging risk trends; coach and develop underwriters; partner with Sales, Processing, and Closing; recruit and plan succession; and adapt underwriting processes to changing conditions to achieve team and company metrics.

Own end-to-end monthly invoicing (~800 invoices/month) and Accounts Receivable including collections, cash application, and reconciliations. Maintain controls, validate invoices, manage A/R inbox and client inquiries, operate and improve automation/AI tooling, maintain billing data/portals, track billing KPIs (DSO, aging, error rates), and keep SOPs and documentation current.

Lead Finance support for product launches by coordinating across accounting, tax, treasury, risk, and operations. Oversee launch reviews, perform accounting treatment assessments, design and implement controls, produce audit-ready documentation and executive reporting, and partner with Finance Engineering to automate reporting and processes. Serve as trusted advisor to business partners and manage cross-functional workstreams to ensure compliance and operational readiness.

Manage and scale the accounting function: own monthly close (journals, reconciliations, accruals, reporting), handle revenue, AR, payroll, commissions, expenses, prepaids, and fixed assets. Review contracts, improve workflows (including Rillet), build controls, use AI/automation to streamline close, partner with Strategic Finance and cross-functional teams, and support audits, tax filings, compliance, and new accounting projects.

The Tax Manager will manage complex tax returns, oversee compliance for construction clients, provide tax planning, and advise on strategies. Responsibilities include conducting research, supervising staff, and building client relationships.
