Partner with Enterprise GTM and cross-functional teams to own segment forecasting, revenue and expense modeling, headcount planning, cash flow scenarios, and executive reporting. Drive forecasting rigor, data integrity in Adaptive and Excel models, and provide actionable financial insights to improve planning accuracy and support strategic decisions.

Manage end-to-end month-end and quarter-end close across global entities, oversee intercompany billing, settlements, transfer pricing execution, FX analysis and eliminations. Manage and scale the accounting function: own monthly close (journals, reconciliations, accruals, reporting), handle revenue, AR, payroll, commissions, expenses, prepaids, and fixed assets. Review contracts, improve workflows (including Rillet), build controls, use AI/automation to streamline close, partner with Strategic Finance and cross-functional teams, and support audits, tax filings, compliance, and new accounting projects.

Lead second-line credit risk oversight across unsecured, secured, and commercial lending. Perform credit and behavioral analytics, monitor roll rates/delinquency, evaluate KPIs/KRIs, build data visualizations, advise on policy effectiveness, and support regulatory readiness and risk management frameworks.

Lead accounting function including GL, AP/AR, payroll, financial reporting, controls, audits, and tax filings. Develop policies, streamline month-end close and automation, manage cash flow, provide financial analysis for forecasting and strategic planning, and mentor the accounting team to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Own IT-specific Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance for ITGCs and ITACs. Assess SOX readiness for systems and process changes, maintain control documentation, coordinate walkthroughs and remediation, liaise with internal/external auditors, review SOC reports, oversee testing programs, and identify automation and AI opportunities to strengthen controls and reporting.

Own and build the full invoice-to-pay cycle, automate AP with AI, lead month-end AP close and subledger-to-GL tie-out, establish AP analytics, prepare AP for external audit, manage ERP migration and Ramp card program, and handle vendor/tax compliance and reporting.

Manage day-to-day financial reporting and month-end close for nonprofit clients, oversee general ledger accuracy, prepare monthly reporting packages and KPIs, maintain client procedure manuals, coordinate project tasks, review work papers, and assist in supervising and estimating accountants' work to meet client needs and budgets.

Lead and mentor the AR team to oversee cash application, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. Serve as escalation for complex billing and dunning, manage sales tax/VAT, partner with Deal Desk and Revenue teams, drive process improvements, support system implementations, and perform GL cash entries and reconciliations.

Lead and build the Bank FP&A function during formation: manage forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, capital stress testing, performance reporting, strategic decision support, and partner with cross-functional teams and Bank CFO to drive financial planning and capital strategy.
