Own the three-statement financial model, monthly forecast consolidation, executive and board reporting, long-range planning, and corporate forecasting. The role partners with Finance Systems and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain planning tools, improve forecast accuracy, support AI-driven finance systems, analyze business performance, and inform strategic decisions. Own month-end close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger operations, corporate card and accounts payable workflows, SaaS billing reconciliations, equity accounting, variable compensation calculations, internal controls, and audit support. Partner cross-functionally to improve accounting processes and resolve variances while maintaining compliance with US GAAP.

Leads the accounting team across month-end close, general ledger management, technical accounting, financial reporting, audits, SOX compliance, and process improvement. Oversees U.S. GAAP application for complex transactions including equity, share-based compensation, leases, revenue recognition, and business combinations. Manages financial statement preparation, auditor relationships, chart of accounts accuracy, team development, and automation initiatives while partnering with FP&A and tax.

Serve as a strategic finance partner to Product leadership, building financial models, forecasts, business cases, and scenario analyses for growth initiatives, pricing, investments, and resource allocation. Analyze SaaS metrics such as ARR, retention, churn, and unit economics, translating complex data into recommendations for senior leaders. Collaborate across Product, Finance, Data Science, and Marketing while improving analysis through automation, standardized processes, and AI-enabled workflows.

Manage FP&A activities including headcount reporting, annual operating planning, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, financial modeling, sales and revenue forecasting, and budget-to-actual reviews.
