Partner with product teams to diagnose reliability gaps, drive incident prevention, and champion operational excellence and best practices across engineering.

Own and automate end-to-end employee lifecycle and shared IT infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code and SRE practices. Manage ITSM platform and AI-driven virtual agents, build integrations (Okta, Workday, JAMF, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, GitLab), instrument metrics, ensure reliability and compliance, and mentor support engineers.

Design, build, and operate Kubernetes-based compute orchestration and developer tooling. Deliver new compute capabilities, automate operations and observability, integrate AI into workflows, and partner with Security and Reliability to ensure platform scalability, performance, and incident response.

Lead SRE efforts for DFIN SaaS: ensure availability, performance, scalability, and automation. Implement monitoring, CI/CD, IaC, container orchestration, AI-enhanced observability, incident response, RCA, and runbook automation while collaborating across engineering teams.

Design, build, and maintain high-throughput data ingestion and processing pipelines; integrate AI-powered infrastructure; implement and support complex computing algorithms and distributed services; own systems end-to-end including architecture, observability, reliability, and operational support; lead architectural initiatives and reduce system complexity while maintaining performance on large-scale real-time data.

Design, build, and maintain scalable AWS and Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code. Develop automation, deployment pipelines, and production release processes.
