Supports data engineering, ETL, database, platform, and integration workstreams. Responsibilities include data extraction, pipeline testing, environment setup, database support, source-system profiling, data cleansing, Ed-Fi ODS loading, validation, Oracle and SQL Server migration support, SharePoint configuration, year-end rollover tasks, and technical documentation under senior staff guidance.

Supports data governance processes, policies, and standards through metadata cataloging, data classification, quality monitoring, profiling, validation, reconciliation, and documentation. Coordinates data stewardship, tracks data quality issues, monitors pipeline outputs, supports RBAC implementation with Microsoft Entra ID, and assists with sensitivity labeling in Microsoft Purview. The role also conducts governance compliance reviews and knowledge transfer for government staff.

Designs, develops, and maintains scalable cloud-based data solutions, ELT/ETL pipelines, data warehouses, curated datasets, and transformation logic using Snowflake and related tools. Design and maintain large-scale ETL/ELT data pipelines using Python, Airflow, Spark, and Flink. Preferred experience includes server-side tagging, data clean rooms, customer data platforms, experimentation, CRM systems, and ETL tooling.
