Leads technical capture strategy and solution architecture for complex space ground enterprise programs. Partners with business development, capture, and engineering teams to shape requirements, develop winning architectures, lead proposal technical volumes and presentations, manage industry teaming, engage government customers, and support business planning. Designs resilient, cloud-native, multi-mission ground systems supporting satellite command and control, TT&C, mission planning, and data processing. Requires extensive space acquisition or operations experience and active Top Secret clearance.

Leads the proposal management team and oversees complete, compliant, competitive proposal submissions. Responsibilities include improving proposal processes, training and coaching proposal personnel, allocating proposal managers, maintaining proposal guidance, managing compliance matrices and review milestones, coordinating technical, cost, management, and legal inputs, tracking risks, and overseeing final delivery. The role requires on-site work five days per week and an active Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret.
