Own and improve the Product Development Lifecycle and product roadmap by architecting Jira/Confluence and AI-integrated tooling, building governance, dashboards, and metrics, enabling PM workflows, onboarding, release operations, and cross-functional stakeholder communications to increase velocity and product quality.

Own and grow an internal platform for carrier contracting, commissions, and agency operations. Collaborate with engineering, design, and ops to define specs, run user research and experiments, ship features, drive adoption, and align product strategy with regulatory and operational requirements.

Lead product strategy and execution for the MGA portfolio, drive AI agent adoption, manage roadmaps and backlogs, partner with GTM and engineering, build training and sales enablement, own business operations headcount, and measure success by retention, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

Lead enterprise identity proofing and assurance strategy, translate regulatory and business requirements into product and technical requirements, partner with authentication, fraud, compliance, architecture and engineering teams, build business cases, use data to monitor KPIs/KRIs, support risk assessments, and communicate product plans to stakeholders to deliver risk-tiered, friction-right identity capabilities.

Lead discovery, requirements, vendor relationships, implementations, integrations, go-lives, training, change management, and success measurement across platforms including Talkdesk, Salesforce, and Epic. Partner with clinical, operational, growth, technical, and vendor teams to improve workflows and scale technology across new healthcare centers.
