Owns product performance, positioning, documentation, regulatory alignment, and executive communication.

Own cross-functional carrier projects from requirements scoping through launch, translating between client-facing teams and Engineering. Build product operations processes, prioritization frameworks, reporting cadences, RAID logs, dependency maps, and launch plans. Identify recurring carrier needs for platform improvements, manage ambiguity and tradeoffs, and use AI tools such as Claude to accelerate requirements, documentation, and dependency tracking. The role can grow into long-term platform product ownership.

Owns the RMIS product roadmap, strategy, backlog, and Agile delivery. Partners with Engineering, stakeholders, marketing, and operations to define requirements, prioritize features, support Scrum execution, and ensure quality delivery. Uses data, analytics, experimentation, and AI-assisted techniques to identify opportunities, prototype solutions, guide decisions, and develop responsible AI-enabled features. Acts as the product subject matter expert and supports strategic planning, client responses, and product lifecycle activities.
