Oversees systems architecture, governance, integrations, licensing, budget, compliance, vendor evaluations, migrations, incident response, and CPQ processes. Manages and develops systems administrators and program owners while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Security, Procurement, and Enterprise Systems to support GTM initiatives, platform adoption, and operational continuity.

Lead go-to-market strategy and operations initiatives for international and MCS Sales and Account Management teams. Analyze business performance, pipeline, capacity, and trends; translate findings into priorities and recommendations; improve planning, reporting, and decision-making processes; and manage cross-functional projects from scoping through implementation. Partner with senior leaders and teams across Sales, Systems, Business Intelligence, Finance, and Marketing to drive measurable business outcomes.
