The role spends approximately 80% of its time in the field supporting the sales team.

Partners with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership to scale go-to-market execution, improve sales consistency, and drive customer expansion across a multi-product SaaS environment.

Provides remote technical customer support for Dealertrack DMS Fixed Ops products through phone, email, and other channels. Troubleshoots product and system issues, answers usage questions, documents cases in CRM systems, meets support service-level goals, manages multiple tickets, follows up with customers, and coordinates with internal teams. Requires flexible scheduling, including weekends and overtime, and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication and problem-solving skills.
