Own recruiting operations for engineering and operations hiring, including pipeline management, scheduling, candidate communication, work trial logistics, and agency coordination. Administer and optimize Ashby, maintain automations and reporting, analyze recruiting funnels, run process experiments, and improve candidate quality and conversion. Partner directly with founders and engineering leaders while representing the company to candidates and building scalable, data-driven hiring workflows.
