The Delivery Manager II role at GHX involves providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers, managing customer relationships, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction, and leading the implementation of managed services solutions. Act as the 'Air Traffic Controller' to resolve barriers to care for Veteran clients and ensure compliance with VAMC administrative requirements. Serve as a subject-matter expert on SonderMind's Veteran mental health service offering and the VA's referral management system. Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate Veteran access to care and improve operational efficiencies across the Veteran Affairs Team.

Develop and manage a robust community engagement strategy for a non-profit organization focused on health equity and marginalized populations in Colorado. Expand organizational presence in the community by building capacity among staff to be community ambassadors. Travel throughout the Denver Metro area and Colorado to meet partners, provide training and support to staff, maintain relationships with community partners, and identify collaboration opportunities.
