Prospect, develop account strategies, demonstrate products, negotiate and close deals, expand existing customer revenue, manage demos with Solution Engineering, and maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce.com while meeting booking quotas and travel requirements.

Handle 60-80 inbound calls daily to assist patients with medication refills, referrals, scheduling, chart troubleshooting, and demographic updates. Document interactions, escalate clinical needs to staff, and complete training/orientation. Work full-time on assigned 8-hour shifts with potential overtime and transition to remote after orientation.
