As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you'll design and build complex systems, support Atlas platform operations, automate processes, and ensure high availability of services.

Automate deployment and monitoring for AI agent services and support monorepo workflow with SRE and DevSecOps teams.

Provide customer-facing technical management and support for Nokia telecom cloud network environments. Configure and troubleshoot OpenStack and Kubernetes platforms, especially Nokia Container Services, across telco, distributed, and edge clouds. Support mobile core technologies, networking, monitoring, automation, cybersecurity, escalations, project coordination, and 24/7 emergency on-call operations. Communicate technical issues clearly and coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve customer problems.

Manage and support customer Azure environments, including networking, firewalls, monitoring, virtual machines, disaster recovery, and security controls. Troubleshoot escalated incidents, administer Windows and Linux systems, configure Hyper-V and VMware, and support compliance requirements. Develop Azure infrastructure through PowerShell, Bicep, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code. Maintain documentation, train users, communicate with clients, perform quality checks, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Design, deploy, and operate cloud platforms across Azure and AWS, including Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform-based infrastructure. Lead cloud migrations and modernization of legacy workloads, automate containerized applications, improve monitoring and reliability, and troubleshoot distributed systems. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and clients to deliver secure, compliant, scalable solutions while contributing to technical knowledge sharing and process improvements.

Architects, deploys, and operates secure, highly available Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure for AI/ML workloads. Builds Terraform-based automation, GitOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and security controls across cloud environments. Serves as a customer-facing technical SME, supporting solution architecture, technical scoping, demonstrations, documentation, and client handoffs. Participates in on-call operations, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and post-mortems.
