Manage post-sale customer relationships for TrainingPeaks at the school-district level. Drive retention and expansion through onboarding, training, proactive outreach, contract negotiation, and data-driven adoption strategies. Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, collaborate with sales, implementation, and support, attend trade shows, and meet renewal/expansion quotas.
