The Implementation Manager ensures successful implementation of Seed Technology's platform for new clients. They coordinate the set-up and configuration of Seed products, assign tasks, provide technical support, and ensure a satisfactory implementation experience for every client. They also identify areas for process improvement, communicate findings to improve client experience, and report on project status to senior leadership.

You will work closely with our team and customers to translate the wants and needs of our customers and candidates into design features. You will obsess over the customer and candidate experience, ensuring it is a delightful experience from end to end. You will work on both sides of the marketplace, improving the user experience for both customers and candidates. You will also be an expert on our product and work with the entire company to ensure they are knowledgeable about our product.

Responsible for creating interactive online content and maintaining a smooth user interface for the company's e-commerce website. Design social media graphics, website banners, and promotional artwork. Use creativity, functionality, and technology to produce eye-catching and informative content.
