Snowball is seeking a YouTube Producer to support a leading design and technology platform shaping how teams build, collaborate, and bring ideas to life.

The OpportunityA ground-floor opportunity to produce premium YouTube content for a company at the center of modern design culture, in partnership with an award-winning Director and Snowball Agency.
This is a right-hand-to-the-director role. You’re pulling the piece together to ensure creative success; You'll scout locations, solve problems creatively on the fly, find efficiencies, and coordinate talent, crew, and vendors on set, all in service of making the best possible video. The director sets the vision. You make it real, on time and on budget.

What You’ll DoLead end-to-end production of long-form, YouTube-first content from pre-production through final delivery
Scout locations, solve creative problems on the fly, and find efficiencies that serve the vision and the final product
Coordinate talent, crew, vendors, freelancers, and production partners to ensure seamless on-set execution
Manage budgets, scheduling, shoot logistics, and production calendars across multiple projects simultaneously
Partner cross-functionally with creative, marketing, product, and brand teams to keep deliverables and timelines aligned
Anticipate and resolve production challenges before they impact the shoot
Support editors and creative collaborators so assets, feedback, approvals, and deliverables move efficiently through the pipeline
Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders while keeping productions organized, on track, and within scope
5+ years of experience in production, line producing, production management, or digital content operations
Experience managing YouTube native or digital first productions with a strong understanding of production workflows and timelines
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously
Experience coordinating cross functional teams, external vendors, talent, and production crews
A systems oriented mindset, you think about how to build processes that scale efficiently over time
Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem solve quickly in fast moving production environments
Experience supporting the full production lifecycle, from early planning through post production delivery
A collaborative, low ego approach and genuine enjoyment of bringing structure and clarity to creative environments
Bonus: Experience working with SaaS, design tools, or technology brands; A deep love for design.
