We pride ourselves on maintaining a nimble, agile, and entrepreneurial culture, and we are committed to growing our business by hiring top talent.

For our client, we are looking for a Workstation Engineering / Endpoint Factory Specialist to operate and continuously improve the “factory line” for corporate workstations. The role focuses on standardized builds, automation, and secure, repeatable provisioning processes for both office-based and remote workforce at enterprise scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and continuously improve OS deployment using SCCM / MECM and PowerShell, covering packaging, patching, and software distribution.

  • Implement and operate modern provisioning approaches where applicable, including Windows Autopilot, co-management patterns with ConfigMgr and Intune, and improvements to remote provisioning.

  • Manage the device and application lifecycle, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with the service catalog.

  • Troubleshoot device enrollment, application deployment, and endpoint security configurations; coordinate with Security and Service Desk teams.

  • Track and maintain operational KPIs such as build time, failure rate, compliance levels, patch latency, and reimage turnaround time.

Required Experience & Skills
  • 3–6 years of experience in enterprise endpoint engineering (Windows 10/11).

  • Hands-on experience with imaging and task sequences, application packaging, and patch management.

  • Solid knowledge of Active Directory and GPO.

  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and a structured troubleshooting approach.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
