About this role

Udemy is looking for a Workplace Partner to join our Denver office, a key Go-To-Market office hub. This is a full time, in office based role that encompasses a variety of responsibilities including: front desk responsibilities, visitor management, vendor management, office management, office engagement, financial management & culture building. You'll be responsible for providing a welcoming, organized, and efficient workspace, ensuring smooth office operations. As part of an expanding global company, this is a fantastic opportunity to manage cross-functional experiences and contribute to a learning-focused organization. This role will report to the Sr. Director, Global Real Estate & Workplace (REW). Our team mission is to enable productivity and connection by providing positive employee experiences through innovative Real Estate & Workplace solutions. 

What you’ll be doing

End to end ownership of running the Denver office, including but not limited to, the following items:

  • Lease management. 

  • Day to day operations, including managing and resolving any workplace requests.

  • Food and beverage program.

  • Office improvement projects.

  • Maintain relationships with the Landlord and vendors.

  • Financial/budget management.

  • Physical safety and security along with health & safety.

  • Plan and execute Events to drive engagement and culture.

  • Partner with the Sr. Director on the long-term office lease & space strategy. 

  • Partner with the global REW team on team wide initiatives, projects and processes. 

  • Provide secondary remote coverage for our offices in SF, Austin & Mexico City. 

What you’ll have

  • 5-6 years of proven experience in office management.

  • Proven experience in hospitality / guest service / customer service roles.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in GSuite, Slack, JIRA, Envoy, Brivo, and REW tools.

  • Eagerness to learn about and implement AI in daily workflows. 

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, detail oriented and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Understanding of Denver office management regulations and health/safety standards.

At Udemy, we strive to be transparent around compensation. Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for benefits and equity.

Hiring Compensation Range

$85,000$106,000 USD
