About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and people-focused Workplace Experience Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Austin office and ensure an exceptional experience for both employees and guests. This role blends office management, HR coordination, and cultural stewardship. You will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and fun work environment that supports productivity, collaboration, and Closinglock's company values.
Responsibilities
  • Office & Facilities Management: Oversee building maintenance, office supplies, and vendor relationships to keep the office running smoothly.
  • Catering & Hospitality: Coordinate weekly office lunches, snacks, and beverages to support team connection and morale.
  • Executive Support: Provide administrative assistance to the executive team, including scheduling, travel, and meeting coordination.
  • Event Planning: Organize company events, celebrations, and team-building activities that enhance culture and employee engagement.
  • HR Coordination: Support HR initiatives such as employee record-keeping, benefits coordination, and policy updates.
  • Onboarding: Assist the new hire onboarding process to ensure employees feel welcomed, prepared, and connected from day one.
  • Culture & Office Vibes: Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace atmosphere by maintaining a thoughtful and inviting office environment.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in office management, workplace experience, HR coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • A proactive, creative, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech environment

This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
