The Workplace Experience Coordinator will work as part of the Workplace Experience Team and will be responsible for welcoming staff and visitors into the office, as well as looking after the maintenance and upkeep of the office. You will be involved in office wide events, meetings and will work with the wider global Workplace team.

As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be making our workplace feel warm, welcoming, and easy to navigate for both guests and employees. Specifically, your focus will be to:
- Make our office a place our coworkers and guests love to come to
- General upkeep of all office common areas
- Liaise with building management and security
- Manage existing and new vendor relationships
- Facilities management - preventive maintenance and repairs
- Support the EMEA onboarding experience
- Plan and support all in-house events and employee social events
- Monitor space usage in our office
- Manage of office OpEx budget
- General Office admin, deliveries/ post, assisting visitors, helping support internal meetings if needed
The skills and qualities you'll bring include:
- 1-2 years experience in a co-ordination role
- Strong relationship building skills, able to manage vendor/supplier relationships
- An amazing attitude - personable, approachable, and always eager to help
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and demonstrate attention to detail
- A proactive work ethic - take ownership of your work
- An eagerness to learn - take feedback well, and apply it
