About the Role:

We're looking for a Workplace Experience Ambassador – Commute Programs to join our Seattle office team! You will report to the Seattle Workplace Supervisor and be the primary owner of our Seattle commute benefit program while also supporting general office operations and delivering a high-quality, welcoming experience for all employees, visitors, and vendors.

If you love keeping things running smoothly, are energized by helping others, and enjoy solving logistical puzzles, this is a great fit. This position is located in Seattle, WA and requires onsite presence five days a week.

You Will:

  • Manage Remitly's Seattle commute benefit program, including onsite and offsite parking.
  • Be the primary contact for employees for parking availability, issues, and policies.
  • Coordinate with vendors to secure and manage external parking contracts.
  • Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate employee payroll deductions and reimbursements.
  • Monitor parking capacity and forecast future needs according to business growth.
  • Welcome and assist local and visiting employees, vendors, guests, and candidates.
  • Maintain the functionality and cleanliness of reception, kitchen, meeting rooms, and collaboration areas.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries; coordinate outbound shipping, including international.
  • Help plan or support onsite meetings, tours, orientations, and events.
  • Manage access badges and ID cards for employees and visitors.

You Have:

  • Minimum two years' experience in reception, office administration, facilities support or other transferable experience.
  • Minimum two years' experience in office productivity applications.
  • Experience with basic IT issues and working with IT or desk-side services.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $54,400-$68,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
