We are looking for a Workday Training Administrator who has the ambition to be a driver for success. This position will report to the Workday Training Director.
Requirements (What We’re Looking For):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Adult Education, Instructional Design, HR or technical field (Required)
- 1-2 years of proven experience successfully performing Learning Management System (LMS) transactions, preferably with Workday Learning (Required)
- Ability to complete a high volume of transactions in a timely manner
- Excellent proactive communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to proactively initiate and follow through on requests
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
- Function as the primary Training Administrator and Workday main contact, including transferring certifications, enrollments into programs, courses, & exams, establishing new employee accounts & onboarding new employees, processing accommodation requests, and supporting proctoring, testing, and all technical issues related to training.
- Manage Training Jira requests, including providing a timely response, communicating via ticket, providing a solution, and escalating when required.
- Coordinate and schedule Bootcamps as required.
- Function as the primary Training Coordinator to create and manage Partner Center cases, attend Workday Education quarterly meetings, monitor and communicate Workday updates, announcements, changes, and additions
- Communicate reminders about certification training updates and other required campaigns pushed from Workday; track progress and reach out to Directors as needed to ensure completion of recertification and updates.
- Input newly activated certifications into Workday
- Lead new hire onboarding training sessions
- Run, analyze or synthesize, and communicate data from LMS and Partner Center reports
- Support efforts to automate business processes
- Meticulously document new hire training schedules and progress in our certification tracker.

The hiring base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At TopBloc, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range salary is $60,000- $80,000.
