Join Aprio's Finance team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities.  Aprio Advisory Group, LLC is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Workday Solutions Manager to join their dynamic team. 

We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Workday Solutions Manager to lead the design, development, and optimization of Workday integrations and reporting solutions. This role will serve as a key liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow, insightful analytics, and scalable architecture across the Workday platform.

Responsibilities: Integrations

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other tools.
  • Manage end-to-end integration lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to ensure data integrity and security across systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Maintain documentation and version control for all integration processes.

Responsibilities: Reporting & Analysis

  • Design and deliver advanced Workday reports (custom, matrix, composite, dashboards) to support HR and business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Drive adoption of self-service reporting tools and train users on best practices.

Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday integrations and reporting capabilities.
  • Provide strategic input on Workday roadmap, enhancements, and optimization opportunities.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical and functional best practices.
  • Stay current with Workday releases and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Workday, including at least 3 years in a lead or managerial role.
  • Deep expertise in Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/Inbound/Outbound).
  • Strong experience with Workday reporting tools and data sources.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday certifications in Integrations and/or Reporting.
  • Experience with Workday Prism, Workday Extend, or other advanced modules.
  • Background in M&A integrations or global HRIS environments.
