Aussie Broadband is seeking a Workday Senior Specialist for a 3-month max term contract to lead the unification of teams into a single Workday tenant. This role is ideal for someone with deep functional expertise across Workday modules (Core HCM, Time & Leave, Talent, Learning, Peakon, and Integrations) and a hands-on approach to configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering seamless digital experiences, driving process transformation, and collaborating across agile teams to ensure scalable, people-centered solutions.

You’re someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity. With a strong background in Workday and a passion for delivering seamless digital experiences, you’re ready to take the guide in unifying systems and processes that support people across the business.

  • Extensive experience in Workday implementations or post-merger integrations, ideally within high-growth or complex environments.

  • Deep functional knowledge across Workday modules including Core HCM, Time & Leave, Talent, Learning, Peakon, and Integrations.

  • A hands-on approach to system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting — you’re secure navigating the platform and solving problems directly.

  • A proven track record of successful system rollouts, stakeholder engagement, and process transformation.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business teams to build clarity and trust.

  • A solid understanding of change management, user-centered design, and agile delivery values.

  • High levels of self-direction and organisation, with the ability to drive progress freely and collaboratively.
