Duration: 6 Months Contract with Possible extensions.
We are seeking an experienced Workday Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Workday implementation and optimization projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing Workday deployments across HCM, Payroll, Finance, or other modules, and will serve as a strategic partner between business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end program management for Workday implementation and enhancement initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and define scope.
Oversee project timelines, resource planning, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Drive effective communication across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and change management best practices.
Provide post-implementation support and lead optimization initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field (master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience as a Program or Project Manager, with 2+ years managing Workday implementations.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, or related modules.
PMP, Agile, or other project management certification is a plus.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Hands-on experience with system integrations and Workday reporting.
Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
Familiarity with large enterprise environments and global rollouts.
