Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday Peakon Implementation Consultant to lead a fast-track implementation of the Peakon Employee Voice platform. The engagement is expected to complete within 3–4 months, covering end-to-end configuration, integration, testing, and go-live, with potential short-term post–go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end Workday Peakon implementation within a 3–4 month timeline
- Gather business requirements and design survey structure, drivers, and dashboards
- Configure Peakon (questions, segments, schedules, roles, access, and security)
- Support integrations with Workday HCM and other HR systems
- Manage testing, UAT, and go-live readiness
- Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to HR and People Analytics teams
- Advise on best practices for employee engagement, analytics, and continuous listening
- Support hypercare and stabilization post go-live
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience delivering at least one full Workday Peakon implementation
- Strong understanding of employee engagement, survey methodology, and analytics
- Experience integrating Peakon with Workday HCM is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Workday Peakon Certification is a plus
