Position Overview
We are looking for an accomplished Workday Learning Management System (LMS) Expert to support a short-term remote engagement. This role will focus on providing deep functional and technical expertise in Workday LMS to enhance and optimize business outcomes. The engagement is estimated to require fewer than 100 hours and will be executed under the existing Production Support Statement of Work (SOW).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert-level support, configuration, and optimization of the Workday LMS module.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective LMS solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to enable seamless integration with other Workday modules.
- Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and training to internal teams for sustainable support.
- Ensure best practices and compliance are followed throughout all LMS activities.
Required Qualifications
- Workday LMS Certification (mandatory).
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Learning Management System in implementation, configuration, and support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday HCM Certification or proven expertise in Workday HCM.
- Knowledge of Workday Integrations and related tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
