About this Role

As an Invisors Learning Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to deliver on projects. This role will allow you to creatively solve complex problems, service clients in many industries, and mentor newer consultants. You will be the primary face of the HCM workstream for your clients, so your contributions to the team will be visible and appreciated.  

In addition to your client-facing role, every Invisors Senior Consultant plays a critical role internally as we develop our business, improve our processes, and grow our team. You will be expected to contribute on projects as well as contributing internally. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

An Invisors Learning Senior Consultant must: 

  • Demonstrate Workday configuration skills and project and industry experience so they can manage client requirement meetings without additional guidance. 

  • Direct the activities of consultants associated with their payroll project under an architect's guidance.  

  • Act as a Mentor for lower-level employees, both within the Learning & HCM area at large. 

  • Actively assist their direct supervisors and other leadership without needing to be asked. 

  • Contribute to the internal goals of the HCM team. 

 

Relevant skills and experience: 

  • 3+ Years of Workday HCM/Learning and/or 3.5-5 of consulting Industry Experience 

  • Experience implementing or working with Workday. 

  • Prior consulting experience preferred.  

  • Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
