About this Role

As an Invisors Financials Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to deliver on projects. This role will allow you to creatively solve complex problems, serve clients in many industries, and mentor newer consultants. You will be the primary face of the Financial workstream for your clients, so your contributions to the team will be visible and appreciated.  

In addition to your client-facing role, every Invisors Senior Consultant plays a critical role internally as we develop our business, improve our processes, and grow our team. You will be expected to contribute to projects internally. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

An Invisors Financial Senior Consultant must: 

  • Demonstrate Workday Financial skills as well as project and industry experience and can manage client requirement meetings without additional guidance. 

  • Can run discovery sessions for a Workday financial project. 

  • Leader of a workstream. Inclusive of tenant builds, forecasting, and methodology components 

  • Deep knowledge of their workstream and can estimate effort/scope for that workstream. 

  • Direct the activities of consultants associated with their project under the guidance of an architect.  

  • Show core Workday skills and project/industry experience that enables them to facilitate client requirement meetings.  

  • Act as a Mentor for lower-level employees. 

  • Actively assist their direct supervisors and other leadership without needing to be asked. 

  • Contribute to the internal goals of Invisors 

 

Relevant skills and experience: 

  • 2+ Years of Workday Financials and/or 2.5-5 of relevant experience (record to report, procure to pay, order to cash etc.) 

  • Prior consulting experience preferred.  

  • Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel 

Must be authorized to work in the U.S without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Invisors will not sponsor applicants for U.S work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any employment-based visa)
