Position OverviewThe Workday Benefits Consultant leads the design, configuration, and support of Workday Benefits solutions, ensuring accurate plan setup, eligibility rules, and seamless integration with payroll and external vendors.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead or support Workday Benefits implementations, including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, enrollments, and event processing.
Partner with clients to optimize benefits administration processes and compliance.
Integrate Workday Benefits with Payroll, vendors, and third-party systems.
Execute testing, troubleshoot issues, and support open enrollment cycles.
Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
Support ongoing enhancements and Workday releases.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Hands-on experience implementing Workday Benefits.
Strong understanding of benefits administration and regulatory requirements.
Experience with Workday configuration and reporting tools.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Workday Benefits Certification (mandatory).
