  • Participate in Workday release testing and ensure features are reviewed, tested, and adopted appropriately across relevant modules.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with PX Centers of Excellence (COEs), Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition to ensure Core HCM and Talent systems support strategic priorities.

  • Partner with HRIT, IT, IS, and security teams to maintain data integrity, system integrations, and compliance with global standards.

  • Provide support and guidance to Workday users, including HR partners and managers, by developing documentation, delivering training, and addressing system-related questions.

Reporting & Data Governance

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and discovery boards to support data-driven decisions in talent and workforce planning.

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance in collaboration with People Analytics and HR Operations teams.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Stay current on Workday functionality, roadmap updates, and best practices related to Core HCM and Talent.

  • Recommend and implement process improvements, focusing on scalability, usability, and automation.

  • Proactively explore ways Workday can better support the employee experience and productivity across the global organization.
