Position summary
This role will be responsible for maintaining and evolving our Workday solution. A skilled Workday Administrator will serve as the bridge between our various user groups and the technical capabilities of the platform, ensuring each group can leverage Workday’s full potential to streamline their workflows and improve operational efficiency for long term solutions.
What you’ll do
- Configure system modules and custom reports to meet specific needs of Staffing, Program Management, People Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and management teams
- Establish data migration protocols and ensure data integrity throughout the production environment
- Develop testing frameworks and coordinate user acceptance testing across departments
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all user groups
- Making recommendations about what additional SKUs Nava could invest in
- Manage system updates, patches, and new feature rollouts
Required skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Workday administration experience
- Workday certification in HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance modules
- Experience with system integrations, data migration, and API management
- Proven track record managing large-scale HR and Financial technology implementations
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
- Strong change management and user training capabilities
- Experience with agile project methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience training and supporting end users across different functional areas
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities
