Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates thorough level abilities with, and a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs:
- Supporting the Workday Accounting Center workstream with experience in at least three full Workday implementations;
- Supporting discovery and design workshops to gather business requirements;
- Translating business needs into Workday configuration elements;
- Supporting functional discovery, design sessions, and related touchpoints with other Workday modules;
- Configuring and customizing the Workday Accounting Center platform to align with the organization's processes and requirements;
- Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes;
- Producing deliverables through collaborating effectively across teams, and multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously;
- Participating in client discussions and meetings while presenting to groups virtually and in person;
- Preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;
- Creating an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;
- Answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and,
- Providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback skills.

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
