  • Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins to support new features, functionality, and integrations.
  • Ensure responsive design and accessibility standards across devices and browsers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement campaigns, landing pages, and conversion-optimized flows.
  • Implement SEO best practices across design and development, ensuring metadata, internal linking, and site speed support visibility.

  • Manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., CRM, analytics, marketing automation platforms) to enhance site functionality.
  • Stay current on web design trends, WordPress advancements, and digital tools to drive innovation.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience as a WordPress Developer, ideally in a fast-paced or growth-stage environment.
  • Proven ability to design and implement user-friendly, responsive, and visually compelling web experiences.
  • Strong skills in WordPress development (theme customization, plugin management, site optimization, performance/security best practices).
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript) with an eye for design and usability.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite for creating and refining mockups.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and their application within WordPress.
