Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking an Architect II to join our team. This distinguished technical leader will be responsible for the overall architectural vision and strategy for the entire organization. You will operate at the highest level, influencing technology decisions and serving as a primary technical liaison with business leaders and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the multi-year technology roadmap for the organization, leveraging AI agents to redefine wireless services and enable autonomous operations
  • Provide leadership and technical vision for the entire engineering organization
  • Evaluate and champion the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to maintain a competitive advantage
  • Ensure the technical architecture aligns with the company's business goals and strategic vision
  • Serve as a primary technical liaison with business leaders, product management, and other stakeholders
  • Lead the design of complex, large-scale systems and guide teams through implementation

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education & Experience:
  • MS in Computer Science or Equivalent
  • 15+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on enterprise-scale systems

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of defining and implementing successful architectural strategies that drive business outcomes
  • Deep and broad knowledge of technology stacks, including AI, cloud computing, enterprise integration, and microservices
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is highly desirable
  • Deep knowledge of CAMARA standards, open network APIs, and telecom integration best practices
  • Experience with AI/ML model integration and fine-tuning (e.g., LLMs, predictive models, NLP models)

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
Progression: This is a senior-level technical leadership position with no direct progression path within the individual contributor track. Advancement would typically involve moving into a Director-level management role or a specialized Principal Architect role with a narrower, deeper technical focus.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $110,100.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
