Pair Eyewear is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Wholesale Sales Operations Coordinator to support our wholesale business operations. In this key role, you'll ensure operational excellence by managing order processing, coordinating cross-functional workflows, and supporting the service level agreements (SLAs) with our key accounts. You will be instrumental in enabling seamless communication across departments including Logistics, Demand Planning, and Account Management to drive wholesale growth and maintain customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

Order & Fulfillment Management:

  • Ensure timely ingestion and acknowledgment of inbound wholesale orders at our 3PL.

  • Liaise between logistics and commercial teams to communicate fulfillment issues, delays, or order changes, keeping WHSL leadership informed.

  • Distribute shipping documentation and status updates once received from the distribution center.

  • Track and update purchase orders (POs), shipments, inventory, and available-to-sell (ATS) data.

Issue Resolution & Policy Support:

  • Respond to inbound client inquiries and escalate policy-related concerns to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.

  • Support implementation of corrective actions such as replacements or adjustments.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Collaborate with Logistics, Planning, and Commercial Wholesale teams to ensure operational alignment and adherence to timelines.

  • Help in creating Standard Operating Procedures ensuring the right processes are identified and clear internally.

  • Support SLA execution for key accounts and proactively identify risks or blockers to success.

Sales Tools & Admin Support:

  • Coordinate logistics for shipment of fixtures, POP materials, and samples.

  • Support administrative needs for wholesale initiatives including Market Week prep and shopping cart updates.

  • Input and maintain customer orders and PO’s in our systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up with Customer Service.

Who You Are:

  • Proven ability to support operational initiatives within the wholesale space.

  • Strong organizational skills with a hands-on approach to operational excellence.

  • Motivated by driving operational efficiency and meeting KPIs.

  • Skilled in managing cross-functional communication and aligning stakeholders.

  • Committed to understanding and fulfilling customer needs.

  • Someone that is entrepreneurial in spirit and able to help create structure internally.

Need to Have:

  • 2-5 years in operations or wholesale experience.

  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in Logistics, Planning, and Operations.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in eyewear, fashion, or personalized consumer products.

  • Familiarity with wholesale order management systems and direct-to-customer fulfillment processes.
