OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Global WFM Configuration Specialist to join our Workforce Management team. This role will be instrumental in configuring and testing updates within our workforce management solution, Legion. Your responsibilities include: maintaining, analyzing, and enhancing labor models in Legion ensuring efficient labor management across our retail locations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with multiple WFM platforms and the ability to write and configure labor models, scheduling rules, and compliance templates across the world.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- System Configuration, Testing and Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of all scheduling rules including labor standards, scheduling policies, work roles, and meal/break compliance.
- Operational System Maintenance: Execute system configuration changes in response to evolving operational needs, company policies, and system upgrades, ensuring the system remains aligned with business objectives.
- Field Alignment and Observation: Collaborate closely with Operations, Visual Merchandising, and Store Training/Experience to gather insights and align system configurations with in-store execution.
- Legion Support: Act as Tier 2/3 support for system related issues, manage service tickets and coordinate resolutions.
- Forecast and Scheduling Data Analysis: Analyze forecast and scheduling data to identify trends and provide actional insights, driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support the broader Retail Operations function, contributing to the overall success and strategic goals of the organization.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of WFM configurations to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience working with Workforce Management systems (Legion preferred)
- Exceptional analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with labor compliance regulations and scheduling best practices across different geos.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and work seamlessly with diverse teams.
- Experience in retail, or other hospitality industry operations
The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
