As a Website Support Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain's growth and dynamic environment. This entry-level role serves as a key connector between our creative team and our internal support team, ensuring website updates, support tickets, and new website requests are handled with clarity and care. You'll be the main point of contact for new Spaces instances, especially for properties outside of our core custom website program. You'll gather the right information, communicate with clients, and coordinate internally to make sure everything runs smoothly. You'll report directly to the Website Development Manager.

What you'll do...
- Act as the liaison between our creative team and the internal support team, ensuring requests are submitted correctly and followed through to completion
- Manage incoming requests for new Spaces instances, including coordinating setup and gathering assets
- Own support workflows for Spaces instances outside of our custom website program
- Submit bugs and new feature requests on behalf of clients, advocating for their needs and ensuring timely updates
- Communicate with clients in a timely and professional manner, guiding them through the process
- Collaborate closely with our Website Development Manager, designers, and developers to deliver accurate and on-brand results
- Track and update project statuses to keep things moving
- Assist with documentation and help refine internal processes
Growth Opportunities
In this role, you'll have the chance to grow and expand your responsibilities over time. As you become more familiar with the internal processes and client needs, you could take on:
Client-facing communication, responding to common inquiries and escalating more complex needs to senior team members
- Managing project timelines, working alongside the Website Development Manager to ensure projects stay on track
- Owning more of the post-launch support process, helping clients feel supported after go-live
- Advocating for new feature requests and process improvements based on client feedback
- Tracking project progress in project management systems, freeing up the leadership team to focus on high-level strategy
- Taking the lead in improving internal documentation and workflows for the entire website support process

- Salary Disclosure for Colorado: hourly rate of $22 - $26. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
