We’re looking for a Website Product Owner to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Five9’s global corporate website. In this role, you will own the website roadmap, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive digital experiences that support campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, collaborate closely with designers and developers, and ensure the website continues to evolve as a powerful marketing and sales asset. This role will ensure our website is a high-performing, customer-centric digital property that drives engagement, lead generation, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the website product vision and roadmap, aligning with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Manage and prioritize the website backlog, scoping requests into clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders (campaigns, product marketing, demand gen, events, SEO, creative, international) to deliver high-impact web updates.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure intuitive, user-friendly, and accessible web experiences.
  • Support major launches and campaigns, ensuring webpages and digital assets are delivered on time and with high quality.
  • Define and track KPIs for website performance, user engagement, and conversion.
  • Drive continuous optimization through analytics, user testing, and A/B testing.
  • Maintain governance of website standards, accessibility, and brand consistency.
  • KPI Dashboards & Performance Tracking
    • Develop, own, and maintain dashboards to track website KPIs, including traffic, engagement, conversion, SEO rankings, and campaign performance.
    • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
    • Partner with analytics teams to ensure robust data governance, accurate tracking, and integration with MarTech/CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, website management, or digital product ownership.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience with Jira and other backlog/project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience in website analytics and testing platforms.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (Drupal preferred) and UX best practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development processes.
  • Experience with marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce).

 

Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office.  For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.

The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the job across the United States. Additionally, the total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

All compensation and benefits are subject to the requirements and restrictions set forth in the applicable plan documents and any written agreements between the parties.

The US base salary range for this role is below.
$66,900$160,600 USD
