Our Values and Leadership Behaviors
About the Role
We are looking for a Website Manager to own and accelerate the performance of our digital properties—ecoATM and Gazelle—both built on Shopify. This is an individual contributor (IC) role that reports directly to the VP of Marketing.
This role is ideal for someone who blends technical execution with marketing intuition. You’ll be responsible for building and launching website experiences while also driving a culture of testing, learning, and continuous optimization. We’re looking for someone who can move quickly, troubleshoot independently, and bring new ideas to improve performance.
What You’ll Do
Website Execution & Management
- Own day-to-day updates across Shopify sites for both ecoATM and Gazelle
- Build and launch pages using PageFly (or another app of your choosing)
- Translate Figma designs into live web experiences in our CMS (QA → production)
- QA your own work to ensure accuracy, performance, and a seamless user experience
- Troubleshoot issues independently and partner with engineering when needed
Landing Pages & Campaign Support
- Create and iterate on landing pages for paid and organic campaigns across both brands
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to bring campaigns to life quickly
- Continuously refine user flows to improve conversion and engagement
- Develop wireframes for marketing campaigns
- Build best practice playbook for UX optimized asset implementation
Experimentation & Optimization
- Support and grow into ownership of A/B testing using Optimizely
- Partner with marketing and UX to develop hypotheses and test ideas
- Set up, launch, and monitor experiments end-to-end
- Analyze results and clearly communicate what worked, what didn’t, and why
- Identify ongoing opportunities to improve conversion rate and site performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, UX/UI, and Engineering teams, bridging communications as it relates to the sites
- Coordinate with external agencies to ensure Google Analytics tracking and tagging are properly implemented
- Help manage the process of pushing updates from QA to production smoothly and efficiently
What Success Looks Like
- Faster and more frequent site updates and landing page launches across both brands
- A consistent cadence of small and large A/B tests
- Clear improvements in conversion rates and user engagement
- Fewer bottlenecks due to strong ownership and troubleshooting ability
- A steady pipeline of ideas to improve the website experience
What We’re Looking For
Core Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience managing websites on Shopify
- Experience with PageFly or similar page builders; leaning into AI site development tools
- Strong ability to take designs (Figma specifically) and implement them accurately in a CMS
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools (Optimizely or similar)
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, tagging, and tracking setup
- Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues independently
- Familiarity and basic knowledge of Javascript and CSS
Mindset & Approach
- Technical-leaning executor: You’re comfortable digging into tools and solving problems on your own
- Marketing-aware: You understand how web experiences impact conversion and growth
- Curious & analytical: You enjoy testing ideas and learning from data
- Detail-oriented: You take pride in high-quality execution and QA
- Proactive: You bring ideas, not just execution
Nice to Have
- Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) programs
- Exposure to mobile app ecosystems
- Experience working with agencies or external development partners
