Web Marketing Manager (US Remote)

We’re looking for an experienced Web Manager to lead and execute the ongoing development and optimization of the Qualys website. This hands-on role focuses on project management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of website updates and enhancements. You’ll own the day-to-day management of web projects and work closely with developers, designers, and content teams to create an exceptional web experience that drives business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Balance competing priorities from marketing, product, sales, and IT, ensuring alignment on website goals.
  • Global Website Strategy: Support multi-language, international SEO, and region-specific experiences for a global audience.
  • CRO & UX Optimization: Conduct A/B tests and leverage heatmap analysis to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Personalization Strategy: Use behavioral data to create tailored content and user experiences for key audience segments.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Define KPIs, build dashboards, and analyze web performance and user behavior to optimize outcomes.
  • UI/UX Enhancements: Prioritize user-centered design principles to simplify navigation and improve engagement.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all website content reflects the company’s voice, tone, and visual identity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the B2B industry, with a strong preference for those who also have experience in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Proven experience managing corporate websites, including project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with web technologies, content management systems (CMS), and web development processes.
  • Strong understanding of CRO, A/B testing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and integrating APIs.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
