The OpportunityFockSafety.com serves as the central hub for marketing, a key resource for sales, and the primary driver of lead generation across hundreds of thousands of monthly visitors. The Web Experience Manager will own the website experience end to end, with a primary focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO), SEO/AEO management, and site experience improvements. This role will build and scale our A/B testing program through VWO, manage our SEO program in partnership with our agency, and develop our emerging AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategy to ensure Flock is discoverable in AI powered search. This person will partner with Brand/Creative on web page builds and project management, allowing them to focus on the high-impact strategic and technical work that drives pipeline.
The Skillset5+ years of experience in managing and optimizing websites for high-growth companies
Expert user of Webflow or similar CMS
Proven track record of driving results through A/B testing programs with tools like VWO, Optimizely, or similar tools
Strong understanding of CRO methodology, hypothesis development, test design, statistical significance, and iteration
Independent self-starter, capable of taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion
Deep knowledge of technical SEO and experience managing SEO agencies
Familiarity with AEO concepts and AI driven search optimization
Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console (GSC)
Experience with martech tools such as Qualified (chatbot), VWO, 6sense, and personalization platforms
Proficient in website content management and strategy and a deep understanding of current web best practices and technologies
Ability to manage agency partners and internal stakeholders cross-functionally
Understanding of HTML/CSS for website customization
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize high impact work over reactive requests

The First 30 Days
At the end of 30 days, you understand the current state of the website, have completed foundational audits, and have taken ownership of the web experience.
Conduct an in-depth review of the current website structure, content, tech stack, and SEO performance.
Meet with stakeholders to understand current pain points, and consolidate findings and review with the team.
Take ownership of the website and SEO program in partnership with key stakeholders and agency partners.
Develop an initial web experience strategy for improvements and get feedback from stakeholders.
The First 60 Days
At the end of 60 days, you are executing on your strategy and launching your first optimization tests.
Stand up and implement our A/B testing platform and launch initial experiments on high-impact pages.
Execute on technical SEO and site engagement improvements.
Begin assessing Flock's visibility across emerging AI-powered search platforms.
90 Days & Beyond
At the end of 90 days, you have a running CRO program, a clear optimization roadmap, and are driving measurable impact.
Maintain a continuous pipeline of A/B test experiments.
Develop and implement a reporting dashboard that tracks KPIs, trends, and insights shareable with cross-functional partners.
Hold monthly review meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress, roadmap, and next steps.
In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary between $100,000 - $130,000 as well as Flock Safety Stock Options. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators.
