Web Developer
Role Description:
Our website is the front door to our brand, our platform, and our community. It’s where first impressions are made, conversions happen, and our story comes to life. As our Web Developer, you’ll be the force behind making sure that front door is always stunning, strategic, and high-performing.
You’ll bring a sharp eye for visual design, UX sensibility, and a builder’s mindset—translating marketing goals into beautiful, high-performing, responsive web experiences. This role lives at the intersection of marketing and engineering—perfect for a developer who’s comfortable owning full pages and flows from Figma file to production, and who thrives in a fast-paced, SaaS-driven growth environment.
You’ll collaborate across digital, growth, design, content, brand, and product marketing to ensure our web experience scales with our business. From landing pages to SEO structure, from ABM personalization to site performance—you’ll make our digital presence feel modern, intuitive, and effective.
Responsibilities:Website Development & Management
Own the development and ongoing optimization of our marketing website (Webflow) and Help Center website
Optimize website for technical SEO and AI driven search best practices
Align with company-wide accessibility initiatives, implementing best practices on the website
Build dynamic components and flexible templates that enable speed and reuse across teams
Confident with modern web development practices, including version control, code reviews, and collaboration with a broader engineering team
Ensure the website is always modern, responsive, and aligned with marketing priorities
Landing Pages & Campaign Execution
Build and launch high-converting landing pages for growth campaigns, events, and lead gen
Support personalized ABM landing pages, integrating with third-party tools or via custom parameters
Partner with marketing operations to connect form flows with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and others
Ensure analytics, tracking pixels, and campaign-specific variables are properly integrated and triggering
Design Execution & Quality
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, spacing, and responsive design principles
Ability to ideate, sketch, and refine basic designs or UX flows when Figma mockups are not available
Translate designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready web pages
Ensure high-quality animations, responsive layouts, and brand-consistent visuals across all devices
Collaborate with the design team to maintain and evolve a scalable design system for the web, but also bring your own UX and visual ideas to the table that improve the aesthetics and usability of the site
Maintain alignment between our marketing website and our web-based product for consistent branding and user experience
Optimization, Testing & Innovation
Assist with execution of A/B testing and conversion optimization across key landing pages and flows
Monitor basic site performance metrics and proactively resolve issues
Conduct competitive audits and stay current on web trends, sharing insights to inform new features and innovations
Cross-functional Collaboration
Serve as the technical partner to marketing stakeholders, scoping and delivering fast, clean web solutions
Coordinate with content, design, SEO, growth and campaigns teams to ensure web experiences support broader marketing goals
Work with marketing ops and analytics teams to ensure proper instrumentation and data flows
4+ years experience as a front-end or full-stack web developer, ideally within a B2B SaaS company
Experience building custom websites in a CMS
Expertise in Webflow (required), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce), analytics platforms (GA4, Amplitude), and A/B testing tools
Understanding of core web design principles and ability to partner with the design team, contributing feedback that drives development-aligned design decisions
Ability to work in Figma to interpret design specs and translate them into clean, maintainable, and responsive code.
Experience building and managing high-converting, SEO- and AI SEO-optimized marketing websites and landing pages
Familiarity with ABM strategies and tools for personalized landing experiences
Understanding of marketing automation platforms and how to integrate lead capture, nurturing, and analytics flows
Testing mindset with experience contributing to experiments, analyzing behavior, and iterating based on data
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with the education or EdTech space
Former educator
